Я 3 месяца назад пережила операцию по реконструкции связки в коленке (порвала связку в августе в конном походе, но в ситуации, не связанной с лошадьми, заканчивала поход уже в гипсе, но все еще в седле, страха перед лошадьми нет. даже наоборот появилось необоснованное доверие - кобыла в походе везла меня по пересеченной местности как хрустальную вазу)
При обычной ходьбе боли уже давно нет, могу немного бегать, поднимаюсь и спускаюсь по лестнице - все без проблем. Врачи разрешили садиться в седло - и сегодня я первый раз отзанималась 40 минут на детской лошадке без галопа и без каких-либо претензий.
На шагу я дискомфорта не ощущаю вообще, на рыси немного беспокоила линия шва и связка, но это не критично.
Проблема следующая - я не могу сконцентрироваться на занятии, я все время прислушиваюсь к ноге (не только на рыси, когда я ее ощущаю, но и на шагу, когда все идеально). У меня не получаются даже простейшие вольты на шагу...
В связи с чем вопрос к тем, кто прошел через что-нибудь похожее, КОГДА получилось вернуться к нормальным занятиям, сконцентрироваться на езде, а не на своем здоровье?
